Heir to the founder of Tart Optical Enterprise, Richard has perpetuated the look of his uncle Julius since 2016.

He knew how to preserve the timeless classics of New York from the 50s to the 70s while drawing inspiration from contemporary innovations in the fields of art, culture and design.
